Breakfast entrees come with a choice of coffee, tea, or juice, and a choice of two sides.

$5.50 - Possum omlet - three egg omlet made with possum and three eggs. Add cheese for ¢50 more.

$5.50 - Racoon omlet - three egg omlet made racoon with three eggs. Add cheese for ¢50 more.

$4.50 - Creamed chipped beef - server over a choice of white, wheat, or rye bread.

All entrees come with rolls and a choice of two sides: corn, fried taters, seasoned fried taters, cheesey grits, pickel on a stick or PopTarts.

$10.50 Grilled Groundhog - whole groundhog side grilled to your tastes.
$9.50 Fried Critter Sampler - a sampling of squirrel, groundhog and pigeon.

$7.00 BBQ Gator - your choice of gator snout, legs, gator tail, or a smattering of all three.
$6.75 Road's Choice - whatever we happen to find dead on the road while driving in.
$5.50 Whole Roasted Pigeon - fresh roasted pigeon, locally sourced because they get trappend in our attic from time to time.
$5.50 Racoon Meatloaf - meatloaf made from racoon, available the day after trash day, which is Thursday.
